Coach X2 is built around a simple privacy rule: public coach conversations are not stored, reviewed, or used to train models.

We do collect anonymous funnel events (for example, when a chat starts or a CTA is clicked) so account owners can understand how their coach is performing. These events are retained for 12 months.

Account owners control their own coach instructions, knowledge files, and CTA links. Super admins can inspect owner configurations for support, but never impersonate owners or access public visitor transcripts.
