Coach X2 coaches are guided by instructions written by the account owner. The AI does not improvise offers, prices, or advice outside those instructions.

Conversations are stateless and not retained. When a visitor leaves or refreshes, the chat starts fresh. This protects visitor privacy and keeps every session focused.

Knowledge files are used only to ground answers in the owner's material. They never replace the main coach instructions.
